Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Experience in a construction service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer services skills.
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assign incoming service calls, ensuring proper communication with customers and technicians.
• Support daily dispatching and scheduling of HVAC technicians matching complexity with technician skills.
• Coordinate with the Service Office Manager to prepare technician schedules for upcoming workdays.
• Perform clerical functions, including generating service job numbers and purchase orders.
• Manage phone communications and appointments; resolve customer complaints efficiently and report incidents to management.
• Collaborate with fulfillment team to organize departmental resources and achieve goals.
• Make outbound calls to customers for feedback regarding their service appointment.
