You will monitor real-time service status, adjust schedules, and serve as a liaison between technicians, customers, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to customer locations and manage schedules.
• Answer inbound calls and coordinate with customers and office staff.
• Check in equipment and packages delivered to the warehouse.
• Call customers to schedule installations and take payments on installs.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to support daily operations.
• Adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficient service delivery.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.
