Job summary

Murphy Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to join our HVAC Dispatch team.

You will be the front line of communication with customers and internal teams, coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and supporting maintenance and project work. This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Experience using service management or dispatch software (PENTA experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming service calls from internal and external customers.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on customer needs, technician skill sets, location, and availability.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Document service requests, work updates, and customer interactions in the Service Management Platform (PENTA).
• Provide administrative support to other service department functions as needed.
