We seek an HVAC Dispatcher to be the single point of contact, scheduling and coordinating service calls, ensuring technicians have the proper tools, parts, and equipment, and maintaining accurate records. • Maintain customer database with current information and update stakeholders.
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
