Qualificações

• ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• 3–5 years HVAC design experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, NEC; knowledge of IBC/IMC/IPC helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems for healthcare, science & technology, education, and commercial projects.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and energy analysis using software like Trace 700 or similar.
• Support field investigations, surveys, and documentation of HVAC systems and site conditions.
• Develop system design calculations and select equipment for building HVAC systems.
• Write and edit project specifications and prepare design documents, reports, and studies.
• Coordinate mechanical design with other disciplines and stakeholders and provide construction administration support.
