You will guide design teams, oversee submittals, and coordinate with clients, vendors and project managers across site and office environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• EIT in Wisconsin preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in designing HVAC systems
• Experience leading diverse project teams
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, NAVIS Works, REVIT/REVIT MEP
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Design HVAC systems for design-build projects compliant with codes and standards
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Coordinate design issues with clients and other disciplines; oversee plan submittals
• Review shop drawings and track submittals; manage distributions to vendors
• Oversee drafting work and support project managers on design‑assist projects
• Improve in-house design standards and contribute to business development
• Stay updated on codes and LEED project involvement
• Conduct field surveys and site visits as needed
