Superior Comfort Inc. is seeking a licensed HVAC Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential systems in Bristol, RI.

You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and explain repair options clearly to homeowners while following safety standards. Qualifications

• RI HVAC license is required.
• 3+ years HVAC experience; leadership experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required; NATE preferred.
• Driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Explain issues, options, and maintenance recommendations to homeowners.
• Test performance: refrigerant levels, airflow, and diagnostics.
• Respond to emergency service calls with speed and quality.
• Replace faulty components, ensuring long-lasting repairs.
• Use industry-standard tools and software for troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed service reports and recommendations.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and local codes.
• Work independently and adapt to overtime or weekend shifts.
