Job summary
MOHR Talent is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor in Providence, RI for a direct-hire, onsite leadership role. You will oversee field operations, coach technicians, and drive service quality.
The role offers a company vehicle and cell phone, with salary up to 120,000 plus bonus potential and a direct-hire pathway. Ideal candidates have 5+ years HVAC technical experience and 3+ years of field leadership, plus an oil burner license (MA/CT/RI).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC technical experience.
- 3+ years in field leadership or supervision.
- Experience supervising multiple field technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians and field employees.
- Coach technicians, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
- Conduct field meetings, ride-alongs, and job site visits.
- Improve scheduling, routing, and field service execution.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism.
- Ensure technician safety, PPE compliance, and vehicle standards.
- Review field service quality and suggest improvements.
- Assist with service calls during peak demand.
- Serve as a technical resource for the field team.
- Complete performance reviews and develop team members.
- Coordinate with dispatch to address field issues.
