Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of truck‑driving experience; box truck experience preferred.
• Valid DOT medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• CDL is a plus — not required.
• Warehouse or forklift experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers, vendors, and nearby Sales Centers.
• Load and unload your truck each day with accuracy and care.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Assist in warehouse operations: picking orders, verifying inventory, and keeping things organized.
• Complete daily truck inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Keep your truck and workspace clean, safe, and ready for action.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
