Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience.
• Valid DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience, forklift knowledge a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company in daily delivery and service to customers.
• Load and unload products from the truck and verify invoices.
• Assist in warehouse with inventory counts and order verification.
• Maintain truck and workspace safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Report safety hazards and participate in safety trainings.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional service.
