Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. The role combines daily truck deliveries with warehouse duties, including loading, inventory checks, and order verification.

The position emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and teamwork as you support multiple Sales Center locations with reliability and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Valid DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• Able to meet DOT physical qualification standards; accommodations available.
• CDL licenses highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/appliance lift is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• 21+ years old; valid driver's license if driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently; customer service focus.
• Load/unload truck daily for delivery to customers and Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and time reporting.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Report safety hazards immediately to management.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
