Daily duties include loading/unloading, inventory counts, order picking, and maintaining the truck and workspace. The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Valid DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards, with reasonable accommodations
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience, including forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and professionally to customers daily.
• Load and unload products from the truck and ensure proper handling.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center.
• Assist in warehouse with inventory counts, order picking, and verification.
• Maintain truck and workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
