Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our growing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will perform mechanical installations, service, and basic warranty work on heavy commercial equipment while learning under experienced peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willing to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC systems per plan, under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic warranty issues.
• Provide quotes and upsell opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors on job progress.
