Johnson Controls, a leading building technology OEM, seeks skilled HVAC tradesmen to join our growing team. You will service and maintain the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, and participate in the Service Technical Academy to build knowledge and certification.

As a trusted advisor, you will troubleshoot issues, provide quotes, upsell solutions, and communicate progress clearly with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Install and service mechanical systems, including heavy commercial/industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Provide quotes and upsell solutions where appropriate.
• Keep the customer and team informed of job progress.
