Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to support our HVAC Service Department in Round Rock, TX. The CSR will schedule customers, resolve complaints, and dispatch technicians while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent communication with customers and staff. On-call rotations, overtime, weekends, and holidays offer significant additional pay.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers and respond to inquiries.

We are looking for a Full-Time Customer ServiceRepresentative to add to our HVAC Service Department!

You will work with the rest of our CSR team to schedulecustomers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our service technicians, andperform other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal Candidate will be very organized, have knowledgein Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, have a strongattention to detail, have time management skills and excellent communicationskills with both co-workers and customers, and have reliable transportation toand from the office. Significant additional pay for being on call, workingnights, weekends and holidays.

Preferences:

• Experiencein the HVAC/Construction industry

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
