Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, customer service, or related functions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Builds strong, solutions-focused relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Manages communications, pricing inquiries, and order processing (stock and special orders).
• Provides timely order status updates, including back-orders and deliveries.
• Supports territory managers with quotes, order entry, and account updates.
• Collaborates with branch teams to deliver seamless service while managing workload.
