Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by addressing customer needs and coordinating with field staff and management.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced office environment. Candidates should have 2–4 years of office experience, HS diploma, and ability to work overtime, including occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience in an office setting with a minimum of 20% of daily duties assisting customers over the phone.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to overtime with little notice; weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists customers with inquiries.
• Provides customer service relating to sales, promotions, installations and communications.
• Takes calls, processes credit cards, offers service plans, schedules appointments, processes refunds.
• Data entry including emails, texts, and other communications for routing resources.
• Outbounds calls for permit/inspection follow-ups and rescheduling services.
• Ensure customer relations are maintained and complaints resolved fairly.
