Standard Supply is seeking a Counter Solutions Associate to join our Irving, TX branch. This customer-facing role combines front-counter service with warehouse responsibilities, learning operations, assisting contractors, and building product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a positive customer experience at the counter and through service.
• Maintain branch appearance, restock, and count inventory.
• Pull and stage customer orders; handle warehouse duties.
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in contractors promptly.
• Build product knowledge through vendor visits and teammate collaboration.
• Follow branch procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
