Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Naples, Florida is seeking a Counter Sales Warehouse Associate to manage the sales counter and warehouse duties.

You will load/unload, pick and verify orders, assist dealers and end users, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires reliable teamwork, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Counter Sales, HVAC industry preferred.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external sales, vendors and contractors.
• Merchandise showroom and restock products.
• Resolve customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Complete sales orders with up-sell of related items.
• Load and unload products daily; receive and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders; pick and prepare shipments.
• Assist with inventory and inventory control; maintain PPE and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Keep grounds and warehouse neat, safe, and compliant with safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
