Job summary

You will assist customers, process orders, stock shelves, and help with inventory control while ensuring safe operations and compliance with PPE guidelines.

The role requires 1+ year of counter sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably HVAC industry.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external sales people, vendors and contractors.
• Merchandise showroom and restock product.
• Troubleshoot customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Process sales orders and upsell related items.
• Daily loading and unloading of products and stock verification.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse control.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
