You will be the first contact, explain product specs, assist with orders, and help troubleshoot on the fly while maintaining composure during busy periods. Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge to converse with contractors and technicians.
• Ability to discuss equipment, parts, and supplies accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions on the fly.
• Strong verbal and written communication for clear interactions.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and stay on feet for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers promptly and professionally.
• Recommend and sell HVAC products based on actual job requirements.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
• Track shipment schedules and push on orders when a job is waiting on parts.
• Be the go-to resource for product specs, cross-references, alternatives, and technical questions.
• Maintain a professional standard at the counter as the face of the branch.
