Job summary

Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group in Lowell, MA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of the branch counter, helping HVAC contractors and customers find the right products and solutions while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will build relationships, process orders, assist with product selection, stock and inventory, and support daily branch operations alongside the sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• HVAC product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
