• Forklift certification; capable of operating POS terminals and ERP systems.
• Proficient in English; strong customer service, communication, and multitasking.
• Ability to research parts and maintain accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and guide product selections.
• Process quotes, orders, returns, and paperwork with accuracy.
• Research products across catalogs, websites, and branches to fulfill orders.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy; support store profitability.
