Job summary

Sid Harvey’s in Manchester, NH seeks a full-time HVAC Counter Sales associate at our branch location. You will assist customers at the counter, provide product knowledge, quote requests, and process orders with accuracy, while promoting Sid Harvey products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for data entry, inventory awareness, and up-selling, with a focus on professional service, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders.
• Generate sales through excellent customer service, add-on and up-selling.
• Data entry and retrieval on computer system, including entering of customer orders, branch transfers, obtain quotation information, inventory information, pricing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Sid Harvey products (i.e. Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating) to meet customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist customers at counter and take orders.
• Promote Sid Harvey products as selling tools towards customer up-selling.
• Enter and retrieve data in computer system for orders, pricing and inventory.
• Follow-up on orders and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
