Sid Harvey's, a wholesale HVAC distributor, is hiring a full-time Counter Sales representative at our Dover, DE location. You will assist customers at the counter, process orders accurately, and promote Sid Harvey products.

You should deliver excellent service, handle data entry, pricing, and quotes; maintain branch appearance and safety; and contribute to a positive sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist customers at the counter and take orders with accuracy.

• Perform data entry for orders, quotes, prices, and inventory information.
• Follow up on orders and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
