Sid Harvey’s is seeking a full-time HVAC Counter Sales associate for its Charlotte, NC location to provide prompt, courteous service and process orders efficiently. You will upsell, quote, enter orders, and help maintain branch operations while staying compliant with safety procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the counter, answering questions, demonstrating product knowledge, and communicating policies. A safe, professional workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience providing prompt, courteous assistance.
• Ability to upsell and promote products effectively.
• Accurate data entry for orders, transfers, pricing and inventory.
