Job summary

You will assist customers, coordinate with warehouse staff, and promote promotions at the counter and over the phone. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse setting, with typical full-time hours Monday–Friday and rotating Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in HVAC/building materials/wholesale.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds (HVAC parts, small equipment).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and assisting customers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter, providing prompt and friendly service.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurate and coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Follow up with customers on back-ordered items and changes in delivery times.
