Job summary

TEC Leasing Inc is seeking a Driver/Counter/Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and counter service. The role includes inbound/outbound freight handling, inventory control, customer interaction, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with a salary of $20.00 per hour. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Class E license required.
• Must pass a drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound freight accuracy and paperwork.
• Outbound freight: pick, pack, and verify orders.
• Maintain assigned warehouse area to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• Manage time in a deadline-driven environment.
• Use warehouse systems and procedures to identify products.
• Conduct sales transactions and promote related items.
• Process customer returns correctly.
• Assist in the warehouse when needed.
