Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of building automation systems. You will troubleshoot control systems on-site, mentor junior technicians, and ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HVAC commercial controls, a technical degree or two years of relevant experience, and strong communication and problem-solving

Competenze

• Four years of commercial controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Vocational school or an associate's degree in a technical field, or two years on servicing systems.
• Ability to install and service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Effective communication and writing skills for on-site interactions.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions across electronic/digital controls.
• Consult with customers, provide field retrofits/upgrades recommendations.
• Manage assigned work to ensure professional, timely execution and satisfaction.
• Provide sketches for field changes and assist with drawings and BOMs.
• Train customers on control systems operations and deliver manuals.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams on site.
• Promote add-on work and provide quotes to support recommendations.
