Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field and 6+ years in HVAC controls or building automation.
• Experience leading field activities and coordinating technical work in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and system commissioning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–6 Controls Systems Technicians in field work including installation, commissioning, startup, testing, and service.
• Prioritize and coordinate work to meet project schedules and service commitments.
• Provide coaching and development support to technicians.
• Diagnose complex issues in controls hardware, software, networks, and system integration.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, subcontractors and other trades for successful delivery.
• Ensure installation and commissioning align with design intent and project requirements.
• Support O&M activities and ongoing customer site requirements as needed.
