Job summary

CBRE seeks a Building Automation Engineer to perform master systems integration for BMS, build control databases, and create user interfaces in line with project specifications. You will support installers on-site and remotely, conduct startup and commissioning, and ensure systems operate per design documentation.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of relevant experience with BMS, Niagara, Distech, and BACnet/Modbus. Travel up to 50% is required, with overnight trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with building management systems and commissioning workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Perform job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Document problem resolution and report findings to the Project team.
