LONG Building Technologies is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee the full lifespan of Building Automation/Temperature Controls projects from planning to execution. You’ll coordinate procurement, staffing, and execution to meet customer specs and deadlines.

The role involves collaboration with a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager, travel to job sites, and heavy emphasis on cost control and scheduling using MS Project. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction management degree preferred.
• May have a 2-year technical degree with 2 years temperature controls experience.
• 5 years of Commercial HVAC project management experience.
• 6 years of temperature controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain equipment submittals and other project documents.
• Ensure project contracts, scope, plans, specs are up to date.
• View and analyze job reports using company tools.
• Schedule personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements.
