Qualifications

• 4 years of construction management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of HVAC project deliveries from planning to execution.
• Maintain project documentation, scope, plans and specifications.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and resource needs; adjust as required.
• Coordinate submittals, equipment orders, and field communications.
