You will oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and project closeout while managing costs and client communications.

Qualifications

• Technical associate’s degree required.
• 1 - 3 years of related field experience in HVAC/Controls.
• Experience in design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls.
• Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of control theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site control systems projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project finances including costs, billings, and collections.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors throughout project phases.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Johnson Controls standards.
• Provide mentorship to technicians and engineers.
