As a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division, you will act as the on-site project leader for assigned customers.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree with four years of field experience in HVAC/building automation.
• 3 years of equivalent related field experience in the HVAC/building automation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or six years in the HVAC industry.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned control systems projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Direct subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and admin staff.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings, cash flow and profitability.
• Maintain regular customer communication and pursue change orders when needed.
• Oversee material selection, ordering, budget, delivery, and pricing with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements and Johnson Controls standards.
• Provide as-built, commissioning, and warranty documentation.
