You will balance technical delivery with customer satisfaction and financial performance across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include directing hardware design, system integration, and closeout deliverables, plus maintaining stakeholder communication and driving

Qualifications

• Four years of field experience in HVAC/building automation or equivalent.
• Strong design and commissioning experience for digital HVAC/building automation systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead control systems projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate hardware design, programming, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors and trades, and ensure safety and compliance.
