Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Independence, OH is seeking a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist to coordinate program tasks, schedules, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across multiple projects.

You will apply HVAC, Life Safety, and Security system expertise while managing a portfolio valued at about $3M–$7M, with monthly revenue forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis, reporting to the Program Manager in an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program support, project management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in program management tools and software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating communication.
• Knowledge of risk management and issue tracking processes.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and/or Security systems.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects valued at approximately $3M–$7M.
• Financial acumen with experience in monthly revenue forecasting and project cost-to-complete forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Support program managers in risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects with a combined value of approximately $3M–$7M, ensuring successful execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply technical knowledge and experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security systems to support program and project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting monthly revenue and project cost-to-complete (CTC).
• Partner with program and project leadership to identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities for improved project performance.
• Maintain visibility into project schedules, financials, resources, deliverables, and overall portfolio health.
