Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Sr HVAC Controls Program Specialist to lead and coordinate large-scale program activities.

You will manage schedules, stakeholders, and project finances for a portfolio valued at $3M–$7M, applying HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security expertise to ensure successful execution. You will report to the Program Manager and work on-site in Independence, OH, with monthly revenue forecasting and cost‑to‑complete tracking as core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in program support, project management, or related roles.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, Life Safety, or Security systems is required.
• Proficient with program management tools and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong financial forecasting and cost-to-complete forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Facilitate communication among cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Support risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of projects valued at roughly $3M–$7M and ensure delivery.
• Apply HVAC, Life Safety, and Security domain knowledge to programs.
• Monitor monthly revenue forecasting and project cost‑to‑complete forecasts.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for better performance.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, finances, resources, and portfolio health.
