Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of low voltage electronics, direct digital controls, and building control techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; MVR reviewed.
• Prior experience with DDC controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install building automation systems and HVAC controls on site.
• Interpret control drawings, plans, and specifications; install conduit and end devices.
• Prepare for on-site work by reviewing layouts and coordinating with other trades.
• Maintain stock and documents; complete on-site paperwork daily.
• Serve as direct customer contact; provide service and repair on assigned projects.
• Keep current on Trane products related to DDC installations.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles and tools; enforce safety standards.
