Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled HVAC/Controls technician to start and commission new systems, diagnose environmental-control equipment, and perform on-site repairs at diverse commercial sites. You will be the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction while coordinating with teams to meet on-site requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC/Controls, DDC experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Controls experience required, typically 3–5 years.
• DDC controls experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and commission new systems and diagnose environmental-control systems on-site at commercial locations.
• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and repair effectiveness.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements and schedule on-site installation and repairs.
• Keep up to date on Trane products for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of DDC control systems.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets securely and responsibly.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and occasional overnight stays as required.
