Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC/Controls experience.
• Technical School or formal training preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with handheld devices.
• Knowledge of low voltage electronics.
• Direct digital controls and building control techniques experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Install building automation systems and temperature control systems.
• Interpret control drawings and use hand tools for installation.
• Prepare for on-site installations by reviewing layouts and coordinating with trades.
• Maintain inventory and company equipment.
• Document work by completing on-site paperwork.
• Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and tools; enforce safety standards.
