Johnson Barrow in Portland, OR is seeking a proactive Site Auditor with hands-on HVAC controls experience to perform on-site evaluations of commercial buildings, assess performance, and identify opportunities for upgrades and service proposals.

You will translate field findings into scopes of work, collaborate with sales and service teams, review BAS data, and document conditions with photos and diagrams, contributing to energy improvements and customer value.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls experience with field service or energy auditing.
• Ability to read control drawings and sequences of operation.
• Experience documenting field conditions and generating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations of HVAC and control systems in commercial buildings.
• Identify inefficiencies and upgrade or retrofit opportunities.
• Document conditions with photos, inventories, and diagrams.
• Translate findings into scopes of work and proposal content.
• Review BAS/BMS data and support energy improvement recommendations.
• Attend customer meetings to discuss findings and ROI.
