Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III to join the IS Technical Services team. The role focuses on evaluating and optimizing building systems on-site or remotely, with emphasis on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning.

You will collaborate with project teams to deliver energy conservation outcomes and mentor TS staff. Travel is expected 40–60% to job sites, with a strong emphasis on documentation, testing, and performance validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with building systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work with limited information and direction.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties per policies and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project teams regularly.
• Lead site surveys, reviews, and due diligence for facilities.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for the team.
• Implement energy measures independently or with partners.
• Oversee functional performance tests during construction acceptance.
