Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation, programming, or operation management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in accordance with Company policies and safety guidelines.
• Document and communicate activities to project delivery team and Team Manager.
• Execute tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Participate in site surveys and due diligence for energy conservation measures.
• Review design and submittal for new construction commissioning.
• Document using CxAlloy for commissioning scopes.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Produce technical reports and project observations.
• Implement energy conservation measures with project partners.
• Review checklists vs site conditions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming.
• Use test instrumentation to verify building operation.
• Oversee functional performance tests for construction scope.
• Supervise trade partners on-site as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project data.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance targets throughout project.
