Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist II to join the Technical Services team. You will evaluate, program, optimize, and test building systems on-site or remotely, with independence to plan and document work. The role centers on retro-commissioning and Cx scopes to deliver optimized energy outcomes.

You will collaborate with construction management, facilities, engineers, and trade partners to fulfill commissioning objectives and document performance targets throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in HVAC, energy management or building automation.
• 7+ years commissioning experience with mechanical/electrical/building automation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills stated.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness crucial.
• Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities required.
• Ability to work with minimal direction; self-directed when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Follow ENFRA policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Document, communicate, and collaborate with project teams regularly.
• Execute tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Contribute to site surveys, reviews, and due-diligence for energy measures.
• Assist design/submittal reviews for new construction commissioning.
