Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a HVAC Controls Analyst III to evaluate, optimize, and commission building systems on-site or remotely. You will plan, document, and execute RCx and Cx scopes, mentoring TS staff and collaborating with engineers, facilities teams, and trade partners to deliver energy-efficient solutions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years of commissioning experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Office and cloud-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, BAS, programming, or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal information and with limited direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
• Develop energy conservation measures and participate in RCx and Cx design reviews.
• Document and QC pre-functional checklists and functional tests in CxAlloy or similar tools.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants as required.
• Collaborate with project delivery team to ensure energy performance targets are met.
