ENFRA is seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Analyst II to join our IS Technical Services team in the United States. You will evaluate, verify, and optimize building systems on-site or remotely, focusing on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning with a solutions-based approach.

The role requires a engineering background, strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with limited information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, or building automation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery team and manager.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time.
• Participate in site surveys, documentation reviews, and due diligence to determine facility conditions and energy measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction commissioning scopes.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for solutions development and progress understanding.
• Implement energy conservation measures with project team when required.
• Review pre-functional checklists against site conditions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming as needed.
• Use test instrumentation to troubleshoot and optimize building system operation.
• Oversee and execute functional performance tests for construction scope acceptance.
• Provide on-site supervision of trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure energy measures and programming are documented and archived.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance and ensure targets are met.
• Identify and address issues with the delivery team and progress.
• Assist with resolving issues and proposing solutions.
• Escalate impediments to management as needed.
• Adhere to IS Delivery and IS Technical Services guidelines and SOPs.
• Uphold the Company core values.
