Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical discipline.
• US citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available).
• Summer internship, full-time (40 hours/week).
• Interest in combining engineering with customer engagement and consultative sales.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers in designing HVAC controls and building automation solutions.
• Attend customer meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions to gather requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, scope docs, and solution recommendations for customers and partners.
• Shadow Sales Engineers across the sales lifecycle from discovery to project turnover.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Teams on installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Work with Service Operations to understand maintenance and support strategies.
• Participate in site visits to observe installations and control networks integration.
• Use Salesforce and estimating tools to track opportunities and documentation.
• Translate engineering concepts into clear business value for customers and stakeholders.
