Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HVAC with DDC controls, an associate degree in HVAC or related field, EPA certification, and relevant state licensing. This position supports Facilities Operations on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Universal EPA Certification preferred.
• NH State Gas License preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC operations/maintenance with DDC controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, write and modify BAS Sequence of Operations; adjust equipment operations and schedules.
• Perform daily system checks and operate building control software.
• Monitor, control and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Plan energy-saving strategies and diagnose repairs using BAS.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and BAS network.
• Inspect and service digital, electrical, mechanical, and electronic control equipment.
• Respond to urgent HVAC/plumbing issues and support Facilities Operations.
