• Implement energy-saving practices and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and control systems.
• Inspect and test control equipment for heating, ventilation, humidification and exhaust systems.
• Respond to urgent mechanical repair issues and maintain safety standards.
